Description: This free 10-minute Discovery Call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other over a relaxed phone call. We’ll discuss your goals, areas you would like support in, nutrition challenges you’re experiencing, and any concerns or questions you may have. You’ll also learn more about the Hollystic Health approach to wellness, as well as how she can best help support you in improving your health and quality of life. This will help us determine if Holly is the right person to support you as you work towards your health-related goals.

Duration: 10 minutes

Location: This session will be conducted via the telephone. At the time of the event, Holly will contact you from a private number. 

Prior to your appointment: To help you prepare for the call, please have a think about the following questions:

1. What goal/s are you working towards?

2. Have there been any barriers that you feel are currently affecting your
   progress?

3. Is there a particular habit you’re wanting to focus on?

4. Do you have any questions or concerns that you'd like to discuss with Holly?

 

Policy for Appointment Changes: Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, as failure to do so has an impact on other patients and the practitioner's time. If you miss the call, you'll have to book another appointment.
