The term 'Hollystic' (pronounced hol-lis-tic) represents our unique approach to achieving better health. It blends Holly's personal experience and clinical expertise with evidence-based practices and holistic medicine.


Holistic medicine means providing support that considers the whole person, not just their physical health needs. It involves looking at a person's mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. This approach is built on two core beliefs:

  1. Achieving balance in all these areas is the key to living each day in the healthiest, happiest way possible.

  2. Compromising one area will likely have a negative effect on the others.


Our holistic approach also takes into account external and environmental factors that can impact your overall health and wellness.
