Description: Follow-up appointments are important to review your progress, keep you on track, and help you to stay motivated. During this session, talk about what’s going well and what’s not going well, adjust your nutrition plan based on how things are going, and discuss the next steps (which may involve some specific medical tests). These appointments also provide you with an opportunity to ask any questions and learn about new tools or resources. 

Cost: $60 AUD

Duration: 30-45 minutes

Location: This session will be held via Telehealth, either through Zoom (video call) or by phone - whichever you prefer. If you choose a Zoom session, the web conferencing details will be sent to you upon confirmation of your booking.
