For this reason, we've created a package that allows you to work through the program alongside like-minded individuals, as well as receive personalised feedback from Holly (a certified Health Coach and Accredited Practising Dietitian!).

 

What does this package include? The THRIVE IN 6 PROGRAM package includes the following:

• Lifetime access to the THRIVE IN 6 PROGRAM

• 3 x fortnightly group Zoom sessions

• 1 x food diary review (where you receive personalised feedback)

• Access to a private Community group (The purpose of this group is to encourage one another, share and receive answers to the 'homework' activities, post photos of your meals, and more!)
